Would you like to consciously say goodbye to the old year and take another deep look before the new year begins? Then join us at the yoga, cocoa and sound event! Anna Kanonier and Juliana Ohneberg will accompany you with gentle movements into your body, open your heart with a cup of cocoa and let go of everything you no longer want to take with you from the old year through healing sounds.
At the end there will be vegetarian snacks and tea for sharing and connecting together.
