Wine and dine with Maria and Sepp Muster

The biodynamic winery Maria and Sepp Muster is located in Schlossberg, southern Styria. Their focus is on letting and becoming and the time factor. This way of winemaking, based on tradition and craftsmanship, creates space for the soul of the wine and makes technical interventions and chemical aids superfluous. Wines that have ‘become’ in this way are not subject to any particular style. Rather, they are personalities that play out their origin, the character of the soil and the vintage in their individuality.

A multi-course menu prepared by Jamie Unshelm, Head of the Rote Wand Culinary Lab, will be accompanied by the long-lasting, authentic and unmistakable wines of Maria and Sepp. Great anticipation!
