Founded in Franconia in 2010, the winery focusses on the exciting aspects of Sylvaner. It is located in Gambach, with vineyards mainly in Kalbenstein, an old terraced site on the River Main. Wines are grown on 7.5 hectares of shell limestone and red sandstone. On 18 February, we welcome Katja and Stefan Vetter for an exclusive wine and dine event! While we create a suitable menu, they will pour their wines and tell us all about their exciting work.

* We only offer a wine/beverage pairing (with or without alcohol) with our set menus. There is no a la carte drinks menu.
