Wine and Dine with Katja and Stefan Vetter

The winery of Katja and Stefan Vetter was founded in Franconia in 2010 with the aim of showing the more exciting side of Sylvaner. It is located in Gambach and most of the vineyards are in the Gambacher Kalbenstein, an old terraced site on the banks of the Main. Not particularly large with just 7.5 hectares in total, but very exciting geological conditions. In addition to shell limestone, there is red sandstone as a second soil type.


We are very much looking forward to welcoming them to the Rote Wand in autumn. The menu will once again be prepared by Jamie, with wines from Katja and Stefan.
