Ramen & Sushi Cookery Classes with Mochi Vienna

Since Tobias Müller, Sandra Jedliczka, Eduard and Nicole Dimant opened Mochi together in 2010, the restaurant family has grown by several addresses. What has remained unchanged, however, is the hosts' enthusiasm for Japanese food culture, high-quality, fresh ingredients and eating together in a cosy, informal atmosphere, which runs through all the restaurants.
The new Mochi cookery workshop KŌBŌ has created a place for cooking, creativity and sharing. How do you conjure up nigiri, sashimi and the popular mochi sushi rolls yourself? And what does it take to make authentic ramen, from the broth to the topping? Takeshi, head of the KŌBŌ cooking classes, will be sharing the necessary expertise on 9 September (sushi) and 10 September (ramen) at the Rote Wand.
