Our chef Georg Paar
A "born" Steierer who already discovered his love for the Arlberg during his apprenticeship.
For more than 15 years now (and more than 1000 ski days!) Mr. Paar has been an integral part of the good Lecher gastronomy in the mountain winter. He uses his summers for extended advanced training trips around the world or took care of the physical well-being of the guests in the Paddock Club in the Formula 1 Grand Prix Circus.
He has been with us at Haldenhof for 3 years now and spoils us and our guests with his "cosmopolitan homesickness cuisine".

Surrounded by engravings & graphics from the co-founder of the Royal Academy in London, who comes from the Bregenz Forest, you will enjoy menus that change daily.
On Tuesday classic fondue chinoise or cheese fondue.
In addition a fine selection of Austrian wines.
The passion of the host Hubert Schwärzler for the artist Angelika Kauffmann (1741-1807) and the passion of our chef for cooking meet in our parlour.
