Ever since Steffi and Melissa met at the Slow Food University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy in 2021, they have shared a deep passion for edible wild plants and traditional pasta making. This enthusiasm led to the creation of PIMPINELLA, a workshop series that combines both elements. In their workshops, Steffi and Melissa not only share the technical knowledge they have acquired through their experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, but also the joy of cooking together.
We are delighted that Steffi and Melissa will be joining us in September to organise a wild herbs and pasta workshop.
