Flexen house
Passing the Flexenhäusl, everyone who travels to Zürs/Lech inevitably does. It is located at the highest point of the Flexenstrasse, at 1773m, directly next to the European watershed.
Even as you drive past, it becomes clear that taking a break here must be an enticing experience. Inside, the cosy parlour with only 20 seats awaits you. If you are lucky enough to catch one of the best seats on the wall on the terrace, you would prefer to sit until sunset when the weather is fine. Why not?

Please note that our dining table availabilities are very limited, therefore cancellation of dining reservations are free of charge up until 1 week before your booking. For cancellations and amendments to a reservation after deadline we will charge a cancellation fee of € 35.00 per person.

The Flexenhäusl is THE address for party fondue on the Arlberg You cannot miss it: if you drive through the Flexengalerie towards Zürs, you will be delighted by the sight of the famous Flexenhäusl at the highest point of the pass road. Whether it’s for a break during the day, or for a rustic and cozy fondue chinoise dinner, maybe even just for some après-ski hot wine: there is no way around this ski hut. Our host Peter Dobner and his team pamper guests from all over the world.
Culinary delights with a view on the Alps Culinary specialties and fondue on the Arlberg Flexenhäusl host Peter Dobner knows what spoiled palates need: at lunchtime, Austrian specialties from the hut’s kitchen. In the evening, for guests who dared to book their table in advance, an extraordinary fondue chinoise.
