In the New Burgundy workshop, you will immerse in the world of a new generation of burgundy wines with strong character together with top winemakers Catharina Sadde (Les Horees, Burgundy), Bastian Wolber, Burgundy and Emma & Andrew Nielsen (Le Grappin, Burgundy). The workshop will be moderated by Daniela Pillhofer & Peter Honegg.
The evening will feature a menu centred on French product cuisine, inspired by the culinary traditions of Burgundy. Ed Wilson, head chef at London's BRAWN, is known for his purist approach, in which high-quality ingredients take centre stage. Look forward to a menu that captures the soul of French cuisine
The wine pairing by Daniela Pillhofer and Peter Honegger will guide you through a selection of wines from the winemakers presented in the afternoon workshop, complemented by exciting pairings from producers and regions from the Newcomer Wines portfolio.
