The workshop on Grower Champagne with Thomas Perseval (Champagne) and Timothée Stroebel (Champagne) will teach you all about natural, artisan champagnes. The workshop will be moderated by Daniela Pillhofer & Peter Honegger.

 

James Lowe, head chef of the renowned LYLE'S in London, presents a modern interpretation of British cuisine based on fresh, regional ingredients and a reduced, yet elegant style; as a former student of Fergus Henderson and Heston Blumenthal, he combines a passion for high-quality, unadulterated products with a modern ‘less is more’ cooking style in his dishes. Look forward to a menu that reflects the essence of a new generation of British chefs.

 

The wine pairing by Daniela Pillhofer and Peter Honegger includes both the characterful wines of the winemakers from the workshop and Vins Vivants - lively, unadulterated wines that are known for their radiance and emotional depth. Together they create surprising and harmonious combinations that round off the menu perfectly.
