YOGA in the Goldener BergEven in bad weather (yoga studio)We offer creative yoga classes with influences from Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga as well as Yin Yoga. Vinyasa yoga is characterised by flowing movements that are performed in synchrony with the breath. This style emphasises the dynamic connection between body and mind and promotes physical fitness and mental awareness. It enables a constant expansion of physical boundaries and improves flexibility. Hatha yoga, on the other hand, emphasises static poses that are held for longer periods of time to develop muscle strength, endurance and balance. It also includes breathing exercises and concentration practices to reduce stress and calm the mind.Morning session 8.30 am - 9.30 amPrice per person: € 25,-Registration at: happy@goldenerberg.at Vinyasa Yoga (or Hatha Flow) Meditation in motion: we harmoniously combine flowing movement and breath. Your inhalation and exhalation become a conscious and not an automatic process. Over time, you will learn to regulate your breathing, i.e. to adjust the length of your breath so that it takes place over the duration of the movement. The class is designed as a dynamic flow (for all levels).

Picture book workshop for children with Lena Winkel
How do the pictures get into the book? What does an illustrator do? Does she always draw what she is told? How are picture book characters created? And how do you find out what they experience? For three days, Lena Winkel and the children will work intensively on drawing, storytelling and bookmaking: They will read aloud, continue the story, draw live and draw themselves. Figures are designed and books are folded.
