Fresh, raw, healthy and lean - that's the new cuisine at EssenZzimmer.The newly designed panorama restaurant in Lech, high above the rooftops, is loungey, cool, brightly coloured and offers magnificent views.The kitchen uses only fresh ingredients, many of which are left raw and many of which are only briefly fried. The essence of the product is emphasised. Dishes inspired from all over the world with products that are as local as possible.In summer, the EssenZzimmer is extremely versatile in combination with the other areas of our er-LEBENS-räume. Whether for internal company meetings, seminars or yoga retreats - together with the living room & library, the EssenZzimmer can be customised to suit the needs of our guests.
