How do the pictures get into the book? What does an illustrator do? Does she always draw what she is told? How are picture book characters created? And how do you find out what they experience? For three days, Lena Winkel and the children will work intensively on drawing, storytelling and bookmaking: They will read aloud, continue the story, draw live and draw themselves. Figures are designed and books are folded. In the end, a small library full of absurd creatures and strange stories is created.
