Bavarian cuisine with Vroni Siflinger-Lutz

Vroni Siflinger-Lutz lives in beautiful Upper Bavaria, where she runs her café and restaurant Stuerzer. She has twice won first place in TV cooking shows and shortly afterwards she had her own TV programme. Vroni lives tradition, loves her homeland and favours culinary delights and everything that has to do with enjoyment. Love, passion, regionality and sustainability play an important role in her cooking. She also reflects this on her Instagram channel (@_vroni_lutz_), where she shares new recipes with the world every day.
We are delighted to welcome Vroni to the Rote Wand at the end of September, where she will be giving a cookery course and introducing us to Bavarian cuisine.
