The Stube in the Hotel Arlberg has almost become an institution in Lech and a visit to Stubenwirt Willi Hagen should not be missed. At lunchtime, the kitchen brigade spoils you with traditional local dishes and in the evening, nine refined fondue creations with homemade sauces and a first-class raclette are available. In addition to classics such as bourguignonne or chinoise, you should definitely try the Asian refined variety or the exclusive fondue Royal with razor-thin Wagyu beef. Something special is also the organic cheese fondue, which completely dispenses with alcohol and yet the taste is more intense than ever.
